DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS?

We don't accept refunds, but we accept replacement of item as long as it is within 7 days. Starting from the time you received the package or if the product is covered by warranty which is stated. Beyond this, we have no obligation to replace the item since we don't know how it was used more than given period. Request for replacement , we will not accept the product if it has been:

  • Damaged
  • Item is not scratched or dropped
  • We will refund or return if there is a factory defect

WHAT IS THE STANDARD ORDER FULFILLMENT TIME?

  • All orders in our Shop: All Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after you have successfully placed an order.

  • Once we received your order, we will then prepare your items for shipping to your desired delivery address. Please make sure you have provided a correct-valid address to avoid any delays on receiving your order/package.

  • Next, you will receive a notification/SMS from the courier once your order has been shipped. You can expect your items to arrive at your doorstep within the delivery period depending on your location.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER REACH ME?

Standard Shipping: You shall receive your order within  3-15 days prior to your date of order

Express Shipping: You shall receive your order within 2- 5 days prior to your date of order with the condition that the stock is ready and fortuitous that does affect normal shipping operations

In some instances it may take longer and in this case you will receive a text message or a phone call from one of our staff.

 

AVOID CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER

Make sure that when you order, you are sure and ready to pay and receive. A cancelled order will automatically be recorded and reported to online seller's community. 

 

HOW CAN I TRACK THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER/PACKAGE?

A tracking may be provided immediately once you received a sms notification that your item is fulfilled/turned-over to our partner courier. 

WHY WAS MY PACKAGE UNDELIVERED/UNDELIVERABLE?

    • INCORRECT ADDRESS
      If the address that the customer provided is incorrect or outdated, the package will be returned to PinasTrendyItems.com by the carrier or by the unintended recipient. Please make sure you fill-in the correct details (no typographical errors too!) during checkout and then carefully review it again by double-checking it before you ‘Complete’ your order. We don’t want to disappoint you.

    • ILLEGIBLE SHIPPING LABEL
      In rare cases, it is possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process.


    • FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
      Our carriers will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your package. However, after giving their best to send you your package, and still failed to deliver after the third attempt, the carrier will then determine that the package is undeliverable. Your order/package will be returned to us.
